Well now I will tell you. It is fairly simple, and I'll show you step by step.
Firstly, so the code shows up, you have to know where to add it. I will show you:
Step 1: Go onto the 'Design' tab of your blog and then click edit htm!
step 2:You will come to a page that looks like this:
Step 3: Press Ctrl+F on your keyboard and this will come up just under your toolbar:
Step 4: Type in <body> into the bar so it looks like this:
As you can see, there is 1 match, and this would've happened to your screen:
The <body> part of the html code will now be highlighted. If u click off!
Step 5: Press enter, so you have a gap between <body> and <!-- Welcome Page Start --> It will look like this:
Step 6: Now, copy this code into that space:

</script>
After you put in the code with the welcome message, That you want then type your messge in and if there is any probloms contact me or comment :DThere you go have a good time:D
